Proximity GlobalMarketing, also referred to in this notice as “ProximityB2B,” “Proximity,”“we,” “us,” or “our,” is a B2B technology marketing consultancy. Weprovide services including go-to-market strategy, brand and reputation support,executive personal branding, marketing operations and technology, experientialmarketing, channel design, demand generation, performance marketing, websiteand digital experience support, and related consulting services.

In connection withthese activities, we may act as a responsible party/controller when wecollect and determine how your personal information is used. In some clientengagements, we may also act as an operator/processor on behalf of aclient.

In some cases,ProximityB2B may manage campaigns, automation workflows, CRM processes, mediaprograms, websites, or reporting environments on behalf of clients. In thesesituations, we may process personal information strictly on the client’sinstructions and in accordance with the relevant contractual arrangement.

Where we act in thiscapacity, the client will generally remain the responsible party or controllerfor that personal information, and ProximityB2B will act as an operator orprocessor.

We may update thisprivacy notice from time to time to reflect changes in our business, services,technologies, website practices, or legal obligations. When we do, we willupdate the “Last updated” date at the top of this notice and publish therevised version on our website.
